Our duty ends when the student enters the room and receives the receipt from the caretaker or the landlord. We work to ensure that the listed hostels do not infringe upon the copyrights, privacy policies or any other intellectual property rights that have been infringed, please notify our team and we will investigate abruptly.

User submissions

Anything that you submit to this site and/or provide to us, including but not limited to, questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions (collectively submissions’) will become our sole and exclusive property and shall not be returned to you. We prefer following the right channel, contact any Student Leader or our agent from the institution to help you in solving the conflicts with us, we will be there for you, we are always ready to hear complains, claims, controversy or grievances and acting upon students suggestions in ensuring their rights are well reserved .LaikipiaHostels may take your issue to the dean of students office in the school if the issue appears to be very critical and the office will do its best to help you out.

NOTE: We will be dealing with the matter at hand if ONLY it arises out of our ACTS OF AGREEMENT and TERMS AND CONDITION of this site. BEFORE resorting to these alternatives, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution .We will consider reasonable requests to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures such as arbitration, as alternatives to litigations.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed by the laws in force in Kenya. Subject to the Arbitration section below, each party hereby agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya and to waive any objections based upon venue.

Arbitration

Any controversy, claims or dispute arising out of relating these Terms and Conditions we will be referred to and finally settled by private and confidential binding arbitration of our site. .Notwithstanding the foregoing, the site reserves the right to pursue the protection of intellectual ownership rights and confidential information through injunctive or other equitable relief through appropriate procedures.
